You'll explore the SPARK Resilience model by Dr. Ilona Boniwell and Dr. Lucy Ryan to reframe adversity, and the iResilience model by Robertson Cooper to build long-term resilience through self-assessment and growth planning. ​Q2: Do I need any prior knowledge of resilience to participate in the workshop? A2: No prior knowledge is needed. The workshop is designed for everyone, regardless of experience. Pre-workshop materials will provide a foundational understanding of the resilience models, along with free resources for self-assessing your resilience competencies.
