I first learnt about San Kalpa from Danielle Van De Velde. I meditated, looked and sensed inward myself then heard my vow speaking gently and the words emerged from a little pond during my yoga holiday.
“I am complete and abundant.
Life is comfort and freedom.
I am here to support others grow.
It is easy and my joy.”
The words came out so simple. I didn’t doubt about them although I could see there were no big words; while I knew that a San Kalpa is a vow, which is the determination and intension we make as a cornerstone to support our highest truth. I simply take this to allow myself to follow my passion to be a dedicated life coach for many others. After several days and heard other peers talking about their San Kalpa, I knew I would not change my simple San Kalpa. I know it is the secret source from my heart and soul.
I am an executive and life coach. My most important job is being present and to hold the safe space for my clients. Each coaching session is client centric. I am here and being congruent, accurately showing empathy, and unconditionally sending positive regards to my clients. Being fully present here and now for my client, I simply need to leave my space. With my own space is complete with abundance which I can draw from, I have a complete sense of safety in the client’s space. In fact, I truly see abundance in life and believe there are always ways out from any difficult situation in life. I want to support my clients to get back the power for their own life, which they might have forgotten that they can be fully empowered to take charge of their lives. With gaining back the power, we can live life comfortably the ways I want it to be and liberate ourselves from many self-imposed constraints and hence freedom. I always believe my clients have their own magics. They have the power and resources by themselves. Hence, I am here to partner with them to support their inner discovery of their own power, to grow. Growth is always work in progress, a continuous journey to reach higher potential. Growth is sustainable once the shift of transformation occurs, and then the power and resource become part of the growth into resilience. It will become easier after every phase of growth, as we draw from our own sources and build our own strengths. The ease, comfort, growth, and empowerment then lead to joy. Joy then creates more abundance and freedom.
My joy comes from my inner source. My passion and dedication is to help others unlock their authentic potentials. It is the pure being.
